VIRTUAL ACADEMY STUDENT SERVICES INFORMATION:
- Although counselors are not allowed to provide traditional individual counseling with our virtual academy/remote learning students, we are able to discuss these topics: registration questions, time management, organization, academic issues, and community resource referrals.

- Counselors will be available to speak with you during school office hours which are 8:00 am to 3:00pm. We are also available by email from Monday to Friday. Students, please remember to use wake county email when contacting your counselor.
Disclaimer: Our counselors do not monitor our emails or phone calls and messages after school hours, before 7:30 am or after 3:00pm, or during Track Outs, if you are experiencing an emergency outside of school hours please dial 911.
